As the in-house Graphic Designer at Tru Earth, I spearheaded the update of our Brand Standard Guidelines, meticulously incorporating feedback from the Executive Marketing Team to ensure seamless alignment with our brand objectives.

Conceptualizing and executing graphic and video requests from the marketing department was my primary responsibility, ensuring that each asset resonated authentically with Tru Earth's identity. I efficiently fulfilled all graphic design requests across corporate, office, and warehouse teams, crafting visuals that effectively communicated our brand ethos. Moreover, I took charge of planning and orchestrating video shoots, overseeing post-production processes, and refining video content for optimal dissemination across social media and advertising channels.

Establishing and curating the Tru Earth asset library, including templates, photos, videos, galleries, icons, and fonts, was another aspect of my role, ensuring accessibility and consistency for all team members. Conducting quarterly reviews of our digital platforms, I meticulously identified and replaced outdated or low-quality graphics to maintain our brand's integrity. Collaborating closely with various teams, I provided invaluable graphic design insights and support for diverse campaigns, including sales drives, holiday promotions, and engagement initiatives.

My role demanded proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software, along with exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to aesthetic excellence. I found immense fulfillment in contributing to Tru Earth's visual identity and overall growth.
